2011 Newmar King Aire model 4574 all electric bath and 1/2 with 78,880 miles on pre-def 650hp 1950 lb-ft of torque ISX Cummins engine, 12.5KW Onan Diesel Gen(2206hrs), Allison 4000 MH and cooling system all fully serviced. New chassis batteries and starter. New brakes all the way around. Roof was resealed twice in 2022 and 2023 plus new skylight replaced better than Newmar did from factory. Heating/hot water system fully reworked with new pumps(hosing replaced), transfer fluid, heating elements, relays, wiring(NassauNationalCableCo) and serviced diesel fired portion. It is fully equipped, HWH Self Leveling system, just had control board and control panel redone. 4 basement bays(2 manual pulls, 2 power bays for convenience). Interior is beautiful for being 15 years old(of course will have minor flaws). Have both service briefcases that came from Newmar full of booklets, touchup stains, wiring diagrams, etc. 4 tv’s(3 inside, 1 outside),
Bose system throughout coach. Have brand new transfers switch/surge protector for it but haven’t installed(not needed) but will go with coach. It will need a few things, tires, new slide out toppers(all 3), 2 power curtain motors(1 kitchen, 1 bathroom). Previous owner removed washer/dryer before I purchased, I’m willing to replace but you’ll need to have installed. I bought it with 77,079 miles so most of the currant miles were driving from AZ to OR when purchased. I had a top service center do all the services to it and fix some issues when I first purchased it. I am willing to negotiate the final price but I’m not in hurry to sell however I’m ready to let go of this amazing Coach.
