This coach is in very good condition and has been maintained very well. IT HAS BEEN STORED INSIDE FOR THE LIFE OF THE RIG. . This is a 4 slide model with two fold out couch beds in the living room. The queen hideabed has a brand new mattress. The washer/dryer combo is 1 year old. If something went wrong with this coach we had it repaired or replaced immediately.
The engine is a very well serviced CAT C9 400 HP diesel which does not require DEF. The 4 house and chassis batteries are all under 5 years old always maintained by trickle chargers and annual maintenance. Tires are 7 years old and in perfect condition from indoor storage. We just had a new windshield put in and there are no flaws in it.
This coach also has two very important upgrades which are , a copper/steel radiator from Radiator Supply House in Oregon and a very reliable Hydraulic fan controller specifically designed for diesel pusher RVs from Source Engineering also in Oregon.. This is a $10,000 upgrade. These models as many of the other manufacturers originally came with aluminum radiators which will eventually fail and overheat the engine. We can tow in 100 degree heat with AC running with no problem.
