Vintage Aristocrat Land Commander Trailer 1968
RESTORED
Old style black & yellow license plate reads VTG 1968. Tages good until July 2027 ($184). Clean Title in hand.
Dimensions: Trailer 15' long (178") x 7.5' wide (88") x 6.5' high (79")

Exterior: Original Aluminum sides were removed stripped & repainted. Three colors graduated pale whites with gold trim.

All aluminum trims have been hand polished. No dents or body damage. Replaced skylight
for ventilation. All exterior lights were replaced rewired.
Modern axel, leaf springs, brackets & electric brake system professionally replaced 2017 ($1600)
Replaced tongue jack, breakaway switch, compartment lock (2017) included jack foot & jack wheel ($716). Coupler uses a 2 5/6" tow ball.
Karrier Loadstar whitewall tires (2) & spare tire
Original wheels powder coated gold (2017)
Roof and ceiling have not had any leaks, and all exterior seams have been resealed with butyl and Trempro.
All 4 walls  frame installed new hardwood poplar that was primed sealed  + new R13 insulation.
Replaced all exterior screws (hundreds!) with stainless hex washer screws.

All wiring has been replaced & updated. Included is a laminated map of wiring. 12v & 120V ac with added several modern conveniences to include AC outlets and USB outlets.
Water pump electricity has been wired. Water pump will need to be added.
Door with new lock & key and screen work great.
Original jalousie windows with new vinyl & glass retainer disks. Unused extra locking mechanisms included.

Interior: Clean with no smells. Ceiling height 6'3".
Main bed is 7' long. We keep the back seating area down with 9" thick Tochta Foam mattress purchased 7/2023 ($756); slept on less than 10x.
The foam and zip off covered back seating area was covered by previous owner (2015) and is available to you.
We also have the foam/cover for upper bunk but opted to use that space for storage.
The bed that the table converts into is 6'3" in length. Comfortable for 2 children or 1 adult.
Installed all new interior walls with real wood sealed (natural color).
Removed closet due to rot and replaced it with shelving and seagrass baskets for storage
Original stove/oven (works great).
Removed ice box and replaced with shelving and baskets. We have ice box if you would like it.
Added plug outlet and USB charging, additional LED lighting. Kept original twist on vintage light fixtures sconces.
Original laminated countertop and table.
Replaced dinette seating cushions with 5" density foam (2015 
New wallpape above stove and sink.
