CONDITION AND USAGE
This 2024 Vistabule (Unit #808) was ordered new in summer 2023 and picked up directly from the factory in Minnesota in January 2024. Since delivery, it has been used very lightly twice in 2024, and a single short trip over Memorial Day weekend in 2025.
The trailer has been garage-kept at all times when not in use and has been cleaned and maintained regularly. Interior and exterior condition are like new, with no wear patterns or functional issues. All systems have been properly maintained, including keeping power applied to the refrigerator and systems as recommended.
Overall condition reflects careful ownership and minimal use. This is not a distressed sale; the unit is simply not being used as much as expected. If it sells, great. If not, we are perfectly comfortable keeping it.
