The coach was previously owned by a healthcare clinic and used locally for mobile outreach. It was not used for camping, rentals, or residential living, and was stored indoors when not in service. Only the onboard bathroom was used.

During that time, the beds and TV were removed, so the sleeping areas, including the cab-over bunk, were never used, and the mattresses remain unused. The stove, microwave, and refrigerator have also never been used, leaving the interior in excellent condition compared with most RVs of similar mileage.
