One owner. Original tires. I purchased it new in August 2023. We used it for 21 nights. Indoor stovetop has never been used. Outdoor griddle was never used. It has a small outdoor refrigerator as well. Upgraded beds in the bunks. Side and rear cameras. Front Bed is a murphy bed that fold up to reveal a couch or down for the bed. U-Shaped dinette.

***I recently took the camper to the shop for PA State Inspection. The shop said that the solar connection on the roof was cracked and leaking. I have not seen any damage inside or outside as a result. The crack has since been sealed. The shop said that in order to "fix" the damage the roof would need to be removed and replaced to remove the damaged insulation and whatever else may be affected by the water. The camper is still at the shop, so I have not had a chance for them to show me any damage that I have not seen yet, but I will update photos if they do. They also said the slide was slipping a gear. I had the slide fixed under warranty, but I have not had any issues since that. Between the slide and the roof the shop quoted me $9500 to fix the problems, which I am not totally convinced are problems yet. I purchased the camper for $23k and I do not have the money to put into these repairs. I am listing "as is" and hoping to get what I can out of it while knowing I am going to take a loss. It's a good camper with a nice layout. If you could fix it yourself, or if you would use it on a seasonal or more permanent spot it would be a good fit. For the right price I could also include any extras related to the camper if you would be interested.
