2016 Forest River FR3 28DS with less the 5000 miles. One owner. New inspection. Used twice. Have not been able to use due to health and family circumstances. In good - great condition. Does need some TLC. Seat upholstery getting old. battery bank may need replaced. Minor work on entry steps, motor works, mechanical arm got dislodged, just need to reattach. Still owe the bank $45,000. It is a clean RV. Has some age, needs a small amount of TLC. I feel this is a nice RV and perfect for any looking for a clean basically unused RV. Oven never used, shower used once, bathroom used once. I have viewed other adds with this same model at higher prices and my interior looks much better. Except the seat upholstery is cracking and flaking. Everything else wall panels, floors, interior walls and ceiling stove, fridge, tv's are in excellent condition. Exterior paint is good, but the decals are starting to crack.
