2016 Forest River FR3 28DS with less the 5000 miles. One owner. New inspection. Used twice. Have not been able to use due to health and family circumstances. In good - great condition. Does need some TLC. Seat upholstery getting old. batter bank may need replaced. Minor work on entry steps. Still owe the bank $45,000. It is a clean RV. Has some age, needs a small amount of TLC. I feel this is a nice RV and perfect for any looking for a clean basically unused RV. Oven never used, shower used once, bathroom used once.
