The trailer came straight from the dealership to our property. My husband immediately blocked the trailer up, so the tires have had no weight on them, he also put tin under them. It looks like the tires are sitting on the ground but they're not directly touching the ground.

This RV belonged to my Mom. It came with a King size bed but my Mom wanted more space in the bedroom so she had it cut down to a twin size. It can easily be made back in to whatever size you want, it's just a box. She never used it or the mattress that's on it. She ended up moving in with my husband and I. Since the pictures were taken I have put in the kitchen table and chairs that came with the trailer. (also never used). My Mom put in a granite bar instead. The Purchaser may choose whichever one they prefer.

We have found two small soft spots, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom but we see no signs of leaks. I believe this is due to a pipe that busted in below freezing temperatures. Water shot up under the trailer. My Mom had forgotten to cut the water off. The soft spot in the bedroom is in a corner. It doesn't affect the whole floor and there's no mold smell at all. The one in the bathroom is up against the tub. These can be repaired by someone who knows what they're doing. Honestly, I didn't even know they were there until recently.

The trailer is priced to accommodate allowances for any repairs and is being Sold As Is. The overall trailer is clean, livable and in good condition. With a few repairs and tlc it's a great deal and it will last you a great many years.

This Trailer is part of an Estate. As Executor of the Estate, I must pay the RV off to obtain the title, currently being held by (US Bank) the lien holder. The Purchaser will be given a legally binding, notarized, Bill of Sale, guarantying the return of a Clear Title.
