Offered for sale is our 2024 Grand Design Solitude S-Class 3740BH, a highly sought-after luxury bunkhouse fifth wheel designed for family travel or full-time living. This RV has been privately owned, carefully maintained, upgraded, and thoughtfully outfitted to be completely turn-key for its next owner. It has been well maintained, regularly cleaned, and properly stored and winterized, with all systems functioning as intended. Recent maintenance was completed at Tom Schaeffers RV in Pennsylvania, where all manufacturer recall work was also completed, including all roof seals being professionally caulked at the end of the 2025 season prior to winterization. One wheel has minor cosmetic curb rash that does not affect operation or performance, and one lower side skirt panel has minor cosmetic damage from incidental contact with a golf cart; a brand-new replacement panel is included with the sale but has not yet been installed. This RV has never been part of rental or dealer inventory and has been cared for exclusively as our personal family unit.
