We are selling our motor coach and going back to the 5th wheel again.

This is in great condition. No issues whatsoever. Mechanically, Electrically sound. Tires are original and still in great shape. It’s always been stored under cover. Awning has no rips or tears. 2 A/C units (ice cold). On board generator and inverter. Solar panel keeps batteries charged. 3 TVs (outside, lvrm, and bedroom. New toilet, (never used). Lots of storage. Outdoor shower H/C water. 
There is some slight damage to the very rear of passenger side. Please see attached photo. Otherwise there’s not a scratch on it. 
No pets, non-smoker,
