One owner, bought new in 2022. Very light use, well maintained & parked under cover. New tires (including spare) 11/2024 - it hasnt left the driveway since. Built a base with storage & upgraded the mattress but still have the couch but not the original folding mattress. A curtain is being used in place of the bathroom door but still have the door too. Also added some shelving in some of the cabinets. Power awning, Bluetooth radio, wireless backup camera, exterior lights work with the One Control app. Will let the trailer go stocked with supplies. Also have a weight distribution hitch, sway control. Everything works as should, small/light couples camper, that tows well with a 1/2T, 21-10 long, 3272# dry weight, 2 inch ball. Sleeps 3.
