At the time of moving it into uncovered storage last spring, the trailer was occupied -- with power/plumbing operational. However, I cannot guarantee the current condition of power/plumbing systems. Clearly in need of some TLC (e.g., a couple exterior covers are missing, awning is gone, no keys, damaged interior doors and trim, etc.). Also, the unit was not winterized this past season (2025-2026), but black tank has been emptied.
