Tires have about 90% tread but are 5 years old. I have had this RV since 2018; it's been a great rig for the family and I. It has never let us down with 100+ Glamis trips. All the mods were done by me to make it reliable for towing our box trailer. I replaced all 4 driveshafts, U-joints, and carrier bearings from OC driveline when I purchased it with 37,000 miles on it. I also had the rear- differential rebuilt from J&S in Huntington beach because the previous owner puked a pinion seal and ran it dry. Only reason to sell is to purchase a Class A with a bigger CAT / Cummins motor and stacker for all our toys.
