Low milage, huge living area, well cared for and looks great. Plus some very appealing modifications.

Low milage 54,834 miles on the Cummins 400hp ISL Diesel engine. We pull a 4 door Jeep with it, it has no trouble with it at all.

Huge living area the main living room plus the dining table can see a total of 12 people. We once had a birthday party in the RV with 10 guests because the house lost electricity and it was perfectly comfortable.

Looks great weve stayed in the RVs must be no more than 10 years old parks and have never been questioned.
Well cared for The pictures should tell most of the story but of course its the little things that are harder to see. Such as the huge windshield, no cracks or chips. The interior windows awnings, all in great shape. Pretty much everything in the interior looks almost new except for the driver and passenger seats. They are showing some wear, but no tears.
Recent repairs include new step motor, new generator fuel pump and an engine belt. It hasnt needed much at all.

The modifications to fix the wandering that many 8 bag chassis have we installed the Monaco Watts links which made a wonderful difference in drivability. You can read about it at monacowatts.com. We also converted the double door refrigerator to a JC Refrigeration 12v dual-compressor refrigerator. Works much better and we dont have to worry about the fridge fires that some folks have had. And a few little things, we put the trash can in a pull-out cabinet. The rear TV was replaced with a fold out flat screen model. Better TV, additional storage. Ive installed A/C drains on the roof so it doesnt drain all over the sides.

This unit is set up to sleep four. Two on the queen-size master bed, and two more on the living area sleeper sofa with a mattress that is half inflatable, half normal mattress, quite comfortable.

This RV does have some of the option features such as the electric cord reels, and it has a satellite dish but weve never used it.
It has tons of storage. There are drawers and cabinets everywhere. The exterior storage bays are full width pass-through with one side having a full width pull-out drawer.
