This is a well-maintained coach. We just had Britt's Diesel go through the chassis and check everything in September 2025. New brakes, shocks' tires and Lube. Changed the engine coolant and belts, serviced the differential, replaced the carrier bearing, replaced the AC compressor and checked the AC system. Onan 4000 just had a new carburetor installed and it runs great with about 130 hours total on generator. This coach has a Chevrolet 500 CI motor on a workhorse chassis. Runs excellent and the oil is changed every 3,000 miles or annually. Exterior and interior are very clean for a 20-year-old coach, I wax the exterior every year and keep it covered for most of the time. I put roof protectant on twice a year and resealed all the roof penetrations and gutter joints 2-years ago. This coach pulls our Jeep Rubicon with no problem. Come take a look and test drive.
