This is a mint condition Country Coach Allure 40 Diesel Pusher. The engine is a Cummins ISC rock solid engine that is pre-DEF. To say it's been well kept is an understatement! It's more like a museum piece. It's lived it's life inside, free from the marks of weathering, when not being used. The paint and exterior sparkle just like the day it was brand new. They don't build them like this anymore and it's truly one of the most well-built Motorhome's you'll ever find. The interior is original and in like new condition, nothing is worn out, tarnished or discolored. We chose to put our money into the mechanical wellbeing of this motorhome and to ensure it got us wherever we were going and back safely and confidently! The list of the mechanical maintenance is extensive.....NEW Air Compressor, New Airbags & leveling valves, NEW A/C Compressor & dryer & hoses, belts (engine, a/c, gen), Coolant Transfer Pump, Coolant Hoses, Batteries, Brakes, Drums, Rotors, Hub Bearings & Seals, Rooftop A/C's, Retractable Awning, Valve Adjustment, Valve Cover Gasket, Oil Pan Gasket, Retractable Step motor, Skylight above shower, LED Rear Tail Lights, HID Head Lights and more (receipts for all). Tires are 3 years old with less than 10K miles (a new spare is included). Basically, we replaced all of the items that aged out, not from overuse. Worth noting is that this unit has solid wood cabinets throughout and a 7kW Diesel Generator w/ Kubota Engine. I am the 2nd owner of this motorhome. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably as both couches fold out and are comfy to sleep in. Each couch also has two seatbelts. The 1st owner took extremely good care of it and I carried on that tradition.
