Description
Please read the description below carefully. At the end of the factory description, I've listed the reaon I'm selling my dream coach at a super low price. This is a "project" coach. If you buy our coach, you're going to want to work on it for a couple of months bringing back the beauty it once was. If you're not interested in a project, this one probably isn't for you. Mechanically, the coach is strong. 450 horse diesel with less than 60,000 miles on it. Like most larger diesel engines, this Cummins engine isn't even broken in until it has 250,000 miles on it. Engine and transmission are excellent but there are some items I list under "mechanical" that need repair or replacement. Most of what I call "cosmetic" items are subjective as to how nice you want it to be. Leather seats and couches are ok but probably need to be reupholstered. High end or not, your choice. Dashboard is outdated but totally functional. 4 TV's on board. Three function fine. The outside 50" TV had a dark vertical band on it and needs to be repladed. The main 55" TV in the living room has a great picure but the electronics are old. I'd get a new high end TV for inside and relace the outside one with the existing inside one. Tires: I replaced two rear duals because of a blow out. They have less than 5,000 miles on them. The other tires were on the coach when I bought it four years ago. They look OK but I don't know how old they are. I don't think they need to be replaced but I don't really know. The roof doesn't leak but it did before we owned it and there are some patches that need to be re-done. A new total roof seal is expesive but guaranteed for 10 years. If you have an interest and I haven't scared the S___ ot of you, give me a call. All that I've listed below is what I can remember. I think I've mentioned everything and hope I haven't overlookd anyting, If I have, it's purely unintentional. Sale includs BlueOx Tow bar setup and Dish Network Satelite system ($6,000 if you were going to have those new on your coach). All original paperwork and owners manuals intact and included along with the 103 page inspection I had done prior to purchase.

I think that repairs on this would be between $20,000 and $25,000. If I'm wrong, maybe $30,000. If you're in the trades, 1/2 that. At $25,000, the price I want is still $5,000 to $10,000 below wholesale. I hope I've remembered everything but, as I mentioned, It's not intentional. Serious inquiries only. John Mann 208 252 5122
Of note. The previous owner removed the pull out couch and replaced it with electric lounge chairs. For us it works perfect because we don't have room for people to travel with us. Coach is set up for 2, not more. Althogh we've had the kids with us, it's really set up for 2.
