Small, easy to pull with an SUV weighs 2786 lbs, has always been stored inside our building when not in use, lots of storage for its size! No issues at all. Refer to the photo for the standard items. Many extras put on: changed out 12v fridge for one a little bigger one with freezer, added led light strips in bathroom, dining, and kitchen, added extra battery and battery switch, digital lock for door (rv lock), fantastic fan for bathroom, pull out steps, and one outlet was added to use my ninja oven (above fridge). It is wired for solar, have a solar panel but have never used it, so can't give you much info on that.
