Electrical / Power Setup (Victron + Lithium)
This was our first trailer and I was surprised at how basic the stock systems are. Im a tech guy and my wife is an electrician. So we kind of went overboard with a Victron System we ended up not really using. We went with Victron stuff as it blows the competition away. Have a look at what the fancy Vanlife builds use, its a ton of Victron kit.

The entire system can be monitored and controlled from your phone or computer over the internet or via Bluetooth if offline or the touchpanel. I cant imagine installing anything else now that Ive used it and Ill get the next owner up to speed on the whole system.

Victron MultiPlus-II 24V / 3000VA inverter/charger (2x120V, 7050A)
o Inverter powerful enough to run the microwave and a hairdryer at the same time.
o PowerAssist feature is incredible. Lets say youre at a campground with a 10/15A hookup and you want to use the microwave and a few other things. What the Multiplus can do is combine your shore power and your battery power to make up for the surge in demand. Its incredible and means you often dont need to get out the big heavy cord.
Victron Orion 24V 12V / 70A DC-DC converter
Victron GX Touch 50 display
2 LiTime 24V 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries (100A BMS, lithium)
o Its hard to estimate how long these batteries will give you, but you can easily go a day or two off grid as long as youre not using AC. With Solar its easy to extend that further.
All wiring is properly fused ( Victron/Blue Sea Systems) with quality American Made cabling marine-grade heat shrink, and quality lugs.
300W solar on the roof, with controller and room to add more panels
o Just didnt have time to add more solar panels.
Multiple Ethernet runs inside and wired for Starlink
o Roof and ground set out runs because you never know.
Sonar sensor attached to Fresh tank so youll know exactly how much water you have left. Integrates with Victron Controller.

Use and Condition (Honest Summary)
Lived in full-time after a home rebuild
Traveled mainly up and down I-5 between OR and CA
Condition 67/10
o Everything needed to live and travel is working
o Interior and exterior show normal wear from being used as a home, not just a weekend camper. There's unfortunately a tear in the vinyl and a dent on the kitchen slide out ( closed it on a fold up wagon first week we bought it...)
