This unit has been heavily modified for our personal taste. All the upgrades have been professionally done either by myself or a trade professional.

Up for sale is our 2022 Dynamax DX3 37TS. Very low miles and well kept. There have been numerous professional upgrades/modifications done to this unit to suit our specific needs. The major modifications are: 1) The washer/dryer cabinet was removed to make room for a wider vanity. (2) The fireplace/TV console was removed and replaced with a fold out bed and pop up TV. (3) The dinette was completely rebuilt with heavy duty drawers under the bench. (4) 2 new recliners were added. (5) The tall entry cabinet was rebuilt as one unit (the original was a 2 piece). (6) 10 solar panels added. (7) The fresh water tank was relocated to the underside of the RV (it was originally under the master bed) there is now a huge storage area under the bed. (8) All the drawer boxes were replaced with maple dovetail boxes. (9) A window was added in the bathroom (yes the exterior wall was cut obviously and done without cutting any supports, I have the schematics). (10) Both TV's were replaced with Samsung. (11) The frig cabinet was rebuilt and a new Samsung counter depth frig was installed. (12) The bathroom interior walls have insulated. (13) The cab floor was raised, insulated and carpeted. (14) A third rooftop A/C unit was added (again I have the schematics so no supports were cut).

Numerous other upgrades that can be seen in person if interested. The unit was primarily driven from CA to AZ for weekend trips, no issues to report.
