Description

King of the Mountain Package

Reason for selling? Per the doctors orders, Mom is moving into more age-appropriate housing closer to me.

My mother lived in this home full-time for 6 years at a lovely RV community in Marble Falls. But this unit could also be the perfect, fully functional, home on your land while your new home is under construction. Or perhaps a luxurious guest house would better suit your needs. Heck, how about a cabin on your deer lease? Measuring 42 feet in length, it's designed primarily for comfortable living rather than frequent journeys.

Outside features include a power awning, 3 slides, a roof ladder, 2 brand-new batteries, a 6-point auto-leveling system, external speakers, large undercarriage storage, a 50-amp service, an exterior shower, and so much more.

Inside boasts of luxury. All the creature comforts of home. Shades PLUS upgraded sunscreens are furnished throughout. Storage space is abundant in every room. A stackable washer and dryer are out of sight in a closet.

The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances with a full-sized double fridge, a full-sized convection oven/microwave, a large island with a double sink, a legless dining table with 4 chairs and a leaf, beautiful countertops, a huge pantry, and more drawers and cabinets than many folks have at home.

The living area is newly furnished with two swivel chairs, two footstools, two side tables, and a fold-out 3-way sofa bed, perfect for watching the 55 flat screen TV. The built-in electric fireplace is a great source of heat while generating perfect ambiance. A stereo system w/ AM/FM/CD/DVD plays through speakers both inside and out.

The bedroom has a brand-new queen mattress (never used), the bed frame lifts for extra storage, theres a large, mirrored closet with a built-in safe, and a 32 flat screen TV.

The bathroom has a fiberglass shower, beautiful countertops, ample storage, and doors that open both to the bedroom and to the hallway.

My mother was not one to bake, so the oven has never been used. You'll see that it is as clean as a whistle. That said, we tried to light it and were unsuccessful. The pilot light is coming on, but for whatever reason, we couldn't get it lit. There is also a light that stopped working in transit from Marble Falls to Liberty Hill. The problem is not a fuse, nor is it a burned out bulb. We are assuming a wire came loose on the road. These are the only two things that we are aware of that are wrong with the unit. Probably easy-peasy for a handyman.
