This is a 2017 Thor Chateau with 1 Slide, model 31w, 32ft long.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:
The Ford V10 engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan 4k gen works with approx 423 hours.
The engine or dash AC seems to blow cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There is a roof AC unit that works.
The LP system works, furnace, Water Heater and Stove top function do function but it it low on LP gas.
It has 2024 date code tires on it.

The hydraulic levelling jacks work.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works.
The power cord is a 30 amp.
The batteries are older and may need to be replaced.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.

The radio does not work, so the back and side view camera does not function.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
We did NOT check anything else.

This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is 9 years old and used.
