Ok the details We are the second owners of this 2015 Rockwood Roo 233s, purchased in 2020. Camped 6-7 times a year and enjoyed our family trips in it. We always kept up with preventive maintenance (like slide out, axles yearly greased, caulking). Goodyear Endurance trailer tires with newer spare tire and RV deepcycle battery. Solar ready and comes with portable 25w panel. Ducted A/C is the 13.5k unit. Gas furnace and water heater. Refrigerator is the 12v-LP / 110v.

Everything works except the outdoor shower. Comes with Equal-I-zer 4-point WDH hitch and a 30A surge protector made by Progressive Industries. 

We very much enjoyed camping in this camper over the years and now its time to change to a different unit. This is a great family oriented, lightweight camper.
