Description

We became the second owners of this vehicle in April 2014 and have enjoyed almost 12 years of traveling around much of our beautiful country! Although it is 22 years old, it has been meticulously taken care of (I have a running log of all maintenance performed since purchase and all corresponding documents) and has many, many years left to be enjoyed! My wife and I are selling as we had a great opportunity to upgrade to a newer diesel pusher and we're hoping to be RVing for at least another 15 years before we turn in the keys. Recent maintenance includes main engine oil and filters changed (9/25) and complete generator maintenance (coolant system flush, oil & filter changed and fuel and air filter changed (8/25). The 90 gallon diesel tank is shared between the main engine and generator. The generator will cut off at at 1/4 tank so you won't run out of fuel. The tank capacities are 83 gallons fresh, 35 gallons grey, 35 gallons black, 25 gallons LPG, and 10 gallon water heater. Lots of outside compartment space!

Tires were replaced in October 2020 and currently have 20, 681 miles on them. Tires were covered whenever in storage

Upgrades include an EZ-Tire TPMS with a total of 10 valve stem transponders (6 for the coach and 4 for the toad), a WeBoost cell signal booster, Bluetooth accessible surround sound system, 3 flat screen TV's (TV in main living space is a Smart TV), hardwired dash cam, and LED lighting throughout the interior of the coach.

With the two main slides out, this coach is quite roomy. We have hosted many dinner parties for as many as 8 (and maybe a dance party or 2!) when conditions were not conducive to outdoor socializing.

The main item of note is that unbeknownst to us, the roof had a slow leak probably when we bought it. We didn't know it till it started leaking through the ceiling. The problem had become major so we had the entire roof replaced by a company called RV Armor in July of 2018 and then the entire ceiling torn out and replaced over the following winter. RV Armor included a lifetime warranty THAT TRANSFERS TO THE NEW OWNER! All paperwork will be provided. Check out the ceiling in the pictures above! We think it looks pretty sharp! It certainly is unique and we've had lots of compliments on it. There have been no issues with the roof since and the coach remains dry no matter how much or how hard it rains.
