It is in impeccable condition. Always shoe free, pet free, smoke free. We have taken it on two trips but are selling because we were going to do a cross country trip but decided on buying a farm instead and built a home.

We've made faucet upgrade(with quick connect for washer), shower head upgrade, Extremely comfortable thick mattress topper (always kept mattress protective sheets on it), and added some storage accordion racks otherwise, have all original parts available.
