Camper has new batteries, new fan over bed, re-did the sealants on the roof at that time. Will throw in a Honda 20A generator that will run the AC great. Also will throw in the luggage and bike rack I altered for it that will fit the generator, gas, cooler, and two bikes. I have also towed a trailer with the camper on if you have toys.
