This fully custom 47 foot fifth-wheel is perfect for a family that wants to park it and live in it while their house is being built, or as a house by the lake while sleeping 6 (1 queen, 4 bunks). It has a bath and a half. The main bath has an apartment size bathtub. It is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer units. There is plenty of hot water with a 15 gallon Suburban (gas/electric) water heater and then a 28 gallon residential water heater! There is also sufficient holding tanks with a 90 gallon black tank for the master bath, and a 45 gallon black tank for back bathroom. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank.

It has four slides and large amount of closets and storage inside the RV. The kitchen has a residential size island sink and a residential size refrigerator. The floor to ceiling pantry helps with all the essentials because the ceilings are 9 foot tall. There is a gas range and microwave.
