Must sale 5th wheel because of RV park rules that say if I sale my lot I can't sale an RV over 15 years old. I was in the process of doing some renovation when I found this out, so carpet was pulled up. These Newmar Kountry 5th wheels were top of the line if you do any search on them they say they are well insulated, and sealed underneath. I believe it was parked here after it was bought and never moved. Tires are in excellent condition always covered. A/C and furnace works very well refrigerator works in either, gas or electric mode and stove also works. There are two problems, the toilet pedal doesn't open the flush it needs a new piece installed. In the manual it shows the piece and it's available for about $60. I was planning a residential toilet to connect directly to sewer. The big living room slide motor doesn't work. I had an RV guy come and say I could replace the motor or he could hook up his electric motor to it so it would go out. I never planned on moving it so I had him do that. The two wires black/red he left hanging down in case it needed done again. Power awning two year old.
