Mechanically, everything works good on this "Oldie but Goldie"! Preowned by a mechanic who kept it in good working shape. It does have some wear and tear on the carpet and wood trim on the floors and the a little warping of the floor in the walk way, Which is to be expected with an older motorhome. This motor home was great for a family of three, especially for the several months we needed it for a home on wheels. Heating, Refrigerator, propane, sink, shower sleeping quarters, couch and dinette area all worked great and in descent shape still, considering the age of the vehicle!

-Good working engine with recent oil changes and tune up
-Good Brakes and tires
-Newly sealed roof around the access points.
-Storage compartments all lock well and extend with latch with no problems
-Stabilizers all are functional and work fine
-Security cameras/lights on the main entry point and drivers side (Eufy) tied to app
-No window cracks all in good shape
-Onboard Onan generator in good working order
-Septic tank, water hook up, equipment work good
-Including attachments, signs and wood blocks for stabilizing support

(Outside Cons)
-Outside rope lights not turning on
-Awning when opened up shows some mildew underneath the vinyl
-Worn paint
-Small portion of A/C unit cracked

-Newly added Nor Cal Refrigerator/Freezer
-Nice house toilet and bathroom trim in good order
-A/C works great
-Propane works great, 50gal
-Bedroom and ceiling trim in good shape
-Windows open and close fine
-Upholstery in fair to good shape
-Curtains over windows
-Storage areas under master bedroom and dinette seating area
-Mirrors

(Inside Cons)
-Ceiling rip on the top over the microwave
-Microwave switch to open and use the unit is broken so not operable
-Stained floor up front in between seats
-Wear and broken latches to open skylights front and back.
-Some warping of wood floor walking inside between shower and sink

We are able to meet up at a local RV park if in need of testing out RV mechanics and onboard/house function if needed!
