20 TV in the bedroom.
Electric and propane water heater. 3 burner propane stove with large oven. In Propane heat with recently replaced new ductwork.
Outdoor shower. 13 foot electric awning/fabric was replaced 3 years ago.
Roof was just resealed. No leaks.

Big storage area under the bunks in the back. Tires have good tread. Spare tire. Plenty of storage throughout.
