RV is in excellent condition never pets or smoking. On board generator starts and runs for a few seconds and stops I believe this is because it has not been used for years. I purchased a new carburetor but never installed it is included. A/C is brand new in Sept. 2024 factory original new unit installed by dealer. 4 Tires and one spare are all new with less than 1000 miles, they are heavy duty 9 ply. Entrance is 96" x 80" and trailer is 24' long. Comes with special anti sway tow rigging and many extras.
