Very Clean trailer - has 2 new 6 volt golf cart batteries, all appliances work (including a/c and heater, water heater, fridge, oven, two 20 gal propane tanks, new tires 2.5 years ago, less than 1000 miles on them, 4 electric stabilizer jacks, no damage, no leaks. Has a hybrid mattress, but I have the original hinged mattress if you prefer a murphy bed option. Includes blue tooth stereo and a TV. This is a residential queen size bed size 60x80. Slide works wonderfully, and awning is in great shape, with led lights. Well taken care of, no oxidation on paint or decals. will throw in a 3500 watt generator with the trailer. Not able to use anymore, so need to let it go. I have the title, so don't have to worry about paying off a loan.
