2021 Arctic Wolf Suite 3770. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, TANKLESS water heater (this is brand new!). Includes a washer/dryer unit. We remodeled the pantry, master closet, and the back bedroom to create more space and storage. It does NOT have an outdoor kitchen anymore. We didnt use it that much, so we framed it in to make more space in the back bedroom. We also built a foldable table in the kitchen/living area. The fridge is brand new as well. It was replaced in July. It will come with inflatable air skirts. These worked great in both the winter and summer! It will come with a 50amp 15 plug in. We do have a 100 extension cord and watchdog surge protecter we are not including, but they are negotiable.
