Weight: It has a dry weight (unloaded) of 4,670 lbs and a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 6,600 lbs. Can be towed by most mid size SUVs. Previously towed w/ Chevy Traverse, GMC Yukon, and F150.
Hitch Weight: The tongue weight is approximately 626 lbs.

Build: Built with a fully laminated aluminum frame and a fully enclosed, underbelly. Triple entry "Basement" (Doors on lower front of exterior as well as interior access door) is ample for year round storage of all set up / maintenance needs, and then some.
Convenience: Includes a power awning with LED lighting, outside speakers, and an exterior shower.
30 amp cord and sewer hose included.
After Market:
32" TV works well with wireless TV sticks, and for watching DVDs.
Memory foam added to all beds for extra comfort beyond the standard pads from manufacturer.
New Luxury vinyl plank flooring and reinforced subfloor throughout living space.
Newer hot water tank.

Newer heavy duty stabilizer bars (visible only in last picture).
Minor screen damage on front bed that has been patched up.
