I use the trailer 15 weekends a year to drive from Bradenton to Duette Preserve in Florida, it has an outdoor kitchen, it has a Coleman air conditioning system, which works great, new tires last year, new brakes, and drums this year, when not unused kept in secure storage undercover, and plugged in.

i replaced the kitchen table cushions, top and bottom with heavy duty fabric. The cheap leather deteriorated.

I love it. I will miss it and I hope somebody that likes to camp will buy it and I have all kinds of stuff in the camper, like utensils, dishes, and replacement parts that I can include in the sale.

There are two propane tanks will be included in the sale.

I put a battery on/off switch on. Never used the transom shower.

I have an equalizer system (although old) if you want it.
