I bought this camper from the original owner 3 years ago in California it was always kept under a carport I have kept in inside and only used it a couple times I added a larger TV carpet, I built the custom aluminum steps they are great compared to the single factory step ,changed oil in the generator, I put a extra battery and inverter that is controlled inside incase I wanted to dry camp , the 1181 s are basement models so you have extra headroom above the bed and it is easier getting into bed ,this is equipped with pretty much everything ,it has the extra bunk above the dinette for little ones the super truss hitch and extra things will go with it Thanks for looking
