Highlighted Features

Theatre seats are fully functional but are heavily worn and torn.
One of the tri-fold couches is also heavily worn with a tear. The other tri-fold couch is in like-new condition. It was removed immediately after the RV was bought new to make way for a work desk. It has been reinstalled.

The awning is fully functional, but the fabric needs to be replaced.

The electric side of the water heater failed, was repaired, and failed again within the first two months after purchasing the RV new. After that, a Valterra HR6 Universal Hott Rod heating element was installed. It has worked great for the last 3 years.
