Wellness-Built Custom Ford Transit Van | Low-EMF Non-Toxic Beautiful

One-of-a-kind, custom-built adventure van, built for health & easy travel! Only 40,000 miles. Lovingly maintained and cared for over the past 4 years. Originally upfitted in 2020-2021 from a 2019 Ford Transit 250 - extra long (22 ft) by extra tall (ceiling is 64 inches tall - no stooping needed!)

All materials and finishes inside the van are non-toxic, and this special van sports EMF shielding on windows and interior walls. The vans electrical system includes an AC power system AND a DC system; the air conditioner / ceiling fan / gorgeous stainless fridge/ freezer all run off DC power - much healthier for humans!

Features:

Power sources: easily charge the high capacity battery for the living cabin in three ways: (1) by driving, (2) by using shore power, and (3) via solar panels on the roof.

Bed: Full size bed that remains set up - no need to create or un-create a bed each night and morning - just hop into this comfortable bed that is ready for you at any moment you need to catch sleep

Desk/ eating table: Beautiful dark walnut pull out desk or eating table (which lives on underside of bed until pulled out) makes eating or desk work easy

Seating: long bench (with lots of storage underneath) next to desk seats 2-3 - plus the passenger front seat spins around to face a small extra pull out table for extra eating/ work space

HVAC: AC, ceiling fan, heater.

Toilet: composting toilet with fan tucks below the bed and can be pulled out for use. Toilet is original and never used.

Shower: Outside shower with hot water heater lives on back door (also never used in 3 years this vehicle has been used)

Kitchen sink: extra large kitchen sink and beautiful arched faucet

Refrigerator/ freezer: extra deep and wide under counter stainless refridgerator/ freezer holds enough food for 2 people for 10 days
Cooking: electric outlets in kitchen area available for use with countertop electric portable burners, instapots, electric fry pans, blenders, etc.

Storage: van has extensive storage, including 6 large upper cabinets, 10 drawers, a large 4 ft tall upper cabinet with shelf, and a large cubby storage space under the bench, in addition to a large amount of space in the garage storage space under the bed which is accessible via the back doors of the van.

Mechanicals: most of the mechanicals (inverter, batteries, etc) are housed in the garage at rear of van.

Power type: AC and DC wiring.

Water: Under the kitchen sink there is a 4 gallon fresh water tank and a 4 gallon grey water tank; in the vans garage there is an additional 4 gallon tank which can either be used for hot water outdoor showers or an extra water supply for the kitchen sink.

Cabinetry: Beautiful cabinetry is built custom from real wood and painted with Ecos non-toxic, zero EMF paint. Van upfitter had extensive woodworking training. Any glues used are non-toxic.

Side Awning: beautiful side awning creates a large outdoor, under-cover space for a portable table and chairs for dining or work; awning is electrically operated for ease of use (and retracts automatically if it senses high winds arriving)

Two Screens roll down (1) over the back of the van (next to the bed) and (2) at the large side door; these screens are great at allowing fresh air flows and great views - all while keeping bugs out during the day or night if you chose to sleep with maximum fresh air

Window coverings: include beautiful curtains, room darkening shades, and a layer of EMF shielding fabric (the latter two are put up with magnets so you can choose your layers!
