If you're looking for a well built camper thats easy to pull and has bunk beds, this is it! It has a dry weight of 3881 pounds, and a cargo max limit of 1376 pounds. We bought this camper specifically to travel to Colorado last year. It handled great on the interstate, in the mountains, and was very easy to set up and take down throughout our trip. It has a brand new set of tires ( installed immediately before our trip), new kitchen and bathroom sink fixtures, new toilet, and new table stands. The front sleeps two on a very comfortable queen size Murphy bed, the back bunk beds sleep two comfortably, and the table can easily sleep one adult or two children. It has a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, three-eye gas burner stove top with full size oven, microwave/vent hood, double bowl kitchen sink, AM/FM,CD, DVD, Bluetooth entertainment center with swivel mounted television set. It has a new battery, two propane tanks, 30 gallon freshwater, and 30 gallon black/grey water holding tanks. The bathroom has a new commode, sink with vanity cabinet/medicine cabinet, and tub shower with skylight. The HVAC unit works very well for both heating and cooling. The roof is in great shape with no leaks, and it has a ladder access.. The awning is electric and is in great shape. There's plenty of kitchen cabinet storage for food, cookware and utensils. Also, closets on either side of the Murphy bed are for clothing storage. When the bed is up, you have a really nice brown leather-like material sofa for sitting three people. There are no holes or tears in any of the cushions on the couch or the table. There are plenty of electrical outlets and a USB charging station. The floor is solid with no soft spots. Outside, you have access to storage in the front and rear, an electrical outlet, and outside gas hook up for cooking. Additionally, there is also an outside hot/cold water shower. The tongue has a battery/electric power jack for easy hookup. The camper also comes prewired from the factory for a solar hook up.
With a dry weight of only 3881 pounds, this camper has plenty of features and can still be loaded with all your camping needs without overloading your towing capacity. The camper is kept under a camper shed while not in use, and it has a full-size camper cover that goes with it.
