Description
**For Sale: 2010 Keystone Outback Sydney Edition 310 BHS (30 AMP) **
This camper is sold as is - it is not perfect due to age but is sound and has been almost completely remodeled inside, making it ideal for long-term stationary living. Due to the weight of the new flooring, insulation under the floor, and various upgrades, the camper is heavier than before. I remodeled it for personal use and lived in it full-time. I'm only selling it because I've upgraded to a fifth wheel that includes a washer and dryer. I can provide pictures of the remodeling process if you'd like to see the changes.
Key features include:
- Brand new Coleman Mach 10 AC unit, which keeps the camper extremely cool, even in the South Carolina heat. I paid over $3,500 for this unit in June 2025.
- Installed a Safe-T-Rail, which offers excellent support. (You can find it here: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=morryde)
- The black tank is in great shape, and the flush valve works perfectly, although the tank gauge does not give accurate readings.
- The roof will need to be resealed within the next year but is otherwise in good condition. It has been inspected by Camper Care LLC in Boiling Springs, and there are no known leaks.
- The camper features two slides: a super slide in the living/dining area and another slide in the back, which was originally bunked but has been converted to closet space. A bunk still remains on the left side above the cabinets and entertainment center.
-Please note, there are no mattresses included in the bedroom or on the bunk. Also, the TV shown in the pictures is not included; a different 45-inch TV is now installed. One picture shows the TV missing, because the tv has to be taken down when you bring the slide out in.
I know this is not ideal - but I do not have a generator or way to hookup this camper for viewers, however I did have Camper Care LLC come by with a generator to hook up and open all slides (1/19/26), turn on all lights, do an overall inspection to verify that all things are as they should be since it's been sitting for two months now, and all is well. The only plug in I have at my current site is a 50 amp, and I do not have a 50ft extension 30amp converter cord.
