I believe the model is 17BH, not 17FD, but RV Trader did not have that option. So I am telling you here.

Bought new in April 2025. One owner (me). Only used a few times. A few hundred dollars of extra accessories included at no additional cost.

As far as I can tell, everything is in working order except for one ceiling fan. Sold as-is. Clean title in hand, no loan, ready to transfer to buyer.

If you are not familiar with LIV, their main plant/location is Americus GA. The units are extremely light weight. I liked this size because it includes a true roof-top a/c unit, not the smaller floor units found on smaller LIVs. This one also has some of the nicer 2025 changes/updates.

Innovative and novel design, using some kind of composite that is super light weight and uses NO WOOD. Do your research, these are up and coming and gaining popularity.
