Our Lance is solid trailer, it has what I call, "great bones". Its Well taken care of, cared for and you're buying from someone who takes care of what they have. I hope to buy used from the same type of person

The items below are full disclosure items I'd want to know if I were purchasing. The outside shower has been disconnected. I disconnected 4 to 5 years ago due to a leak and never using it. We have all the parts to reinstall if you like. The shade in the front window is losing its ability to stay up. Eventually, the string will have to be restrung. It only falls a bit during travel. Added latches to rear drawer slide out due to drawer coming open during travel (picture in photos). This month (March) we found the small window in master passenger side is fogged. I am going to get repaired or can discount price. I don't know how long its been like this as the window shade covers it and you cannot tell from the outside.

We've wanted to move up to a larger trailer for sometime, however, our Lance has been a solid trailer with few problems, that have never made the move.
