Overall, it's in good and usable condition with no major problems. There are some cosmetic issues due to the age, but I've kept it in covered storage for the past year. The vinyl on the dinette seats is peeling, so I purchased some seat covers, but haven't installed them. It pulls great with the new tires, brakes, and bearings, and at just over 3,200lbs, it can be pulled by most vehicles. It's not perfect, but I've had no issues taking my family of four camping in both cold and hot weather. I have the title in hand and can transfer my covered storage space to you if needed.
