Well-maintained, 29 foot, non-smoking Class A gas motorhome in excellent condition. The Ford Triton 6.8L V10 engine provides plenty of power to tow a trailer or toad with an 8000lb hitch. The 5500 watt Onan generator supplies power when boondocking or when not on shore power.

Suspension upgrades include Koni shocks, Sumo Springs, and a rear sway bar Installed in 2023 ($5600 upgrade), and a Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer. These upgrades are essential for comfortable, easy, one-handed driving, even when being passed by large trucks, and are a must when driving in high winds. There is also a new multimedia dash receiver with wired Apple Car Play that was installed in 2023.

The dash A/C was serviced in 2023, and a new 1800 power inverter and AGM house batteries were installed in 2025. The roof was re-sealed in 2023.

The coach has an auto-leveling hydraulic jack system for easy setup at the RV park or campground, and a full wall slide out for lots of extra room. The living area includes the two swivel captains chairs, sofa, and a dinette booth that seats four. The chairs and booth were reupholstered, and the sofa was replaced in 2023. There is also a removable table up front between the captains chairs.

This coach sleeps eight with a very comfortable queen mattress in the bedroom, as well as a jackknife sofa, dinette sleeper and a powered, drop down overhead bunk in the living area. This is a great sleeping area for kids or grandkids. There is a Smart TV and DVD player in the living area and a Smart TV in the bedroom. There is plenty of storage inside and out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a three-burner gas stove and oven, a gas or electric refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave. The coach is also equipped with a 35,000 BTU gas furnace, and a rooftop air conditioning unit, and snap-on privacy sunscreens for the windshield and driver and passenger side windows. There are privacy shades on all side windows, and nano shades on the interior of the window on the sides, and back of the coach, as well as curtains for the windshield and driver and passenger side windows.

The outside area has a full awning with LED lights, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and a new refrigerator (2025) as well as a hookup for a gas grill.
