Selling our loaded 2014 Rear Bunkhouse 5th wheel. Clean title in hand.

The Good: Interior is in beautiful condition and has been cared for. Many upgrades including but not limited to:
        Solar Power System and on-board Onan generator: Equipped with solar panels and charging system.
        Entertainment: Includes a Dish TV Satellite antenna.
        Climate: 2 AC units and heating system are fully functional.
        Living Space: Spacious kitchen, master suite, and a private rear bunkhouse for the kids.

The Issue: The frame is damaged from 'frame flex' (common issue for this era) which has caused the main slide to jam and the bunkhouse door to stick. We have a repair quote for $6,700, but have decided to sell as-is instead.

This unit is not recommended for frequent towing in its current state. It would be a dream unit for:
    1    A Stationary Site: Someone looking for a high-end guest house or hunting cabin to set on blocks.
    2    A Handyman/Welder: Someone with the skills to reinforce the frame ($6,700 professional repair quote available for reference).
    3    Parts: The appliances, solar setup, generator, and interior components alone are worth the asking price.

We are heartbroken to let it go, but its time for someone else to give it a second life.
