Just bought a second home so Im selling our nearly perfect late model 2021 Newmar Dutchstar 4369. Chassis is a 2022. Im really proud of it and it shows. 9600 miles always stored inside my enclosed shop/storage plugged in to 50 amp. It is ceramic coated and always washed by hand by me after each use. I was a Detailer in collage and actually enjoy it. Everything works perfectly. I added starlink gen 3 mounted to the roof installed by NIRVC who does the house maintenance yearly. I just replaced the chassis batteries with top of the line interstate AGMs. I modified the sanicon hose to not allow pin holes to mess up the wet bay. All connections are outside the bay with two additional protected sanicon hoses. Makes emptying the tanks so fast and clean. Freightliner has always done the annual chassis maintenance. I have very detailed records. I treat it like its an airplane so I keep a maintenance logbook and consider maintenance an absolute priority. Still has an extended warranty that I will transfer until August 17 2027. Will come with fresh yearly service from Freightliner. Generator has around 60 hrs mostly from properly exercising it. I have owned Newmar class As for the last 15 years and Im very familiar with how to properly take care of them. Never smoked in no pets and it hasnt been lived in full time. Im the second owner technically but the original owner literally used it one time and was afraid to drive it. He left it in his climate controlled shop plugged in. It had 1600 miles on it when I purchased it. It has magna shades and I will include and blue Ox Tow bar as well. Im sure that I am forgetting stuff. If you're interested lets talk.
