2018 R-Pod 180. Stored covered on concrete pad at facility since purchased. Approx 1,500 miles. We only camp at parks 10-60 miles away within Central TX. R-Pod has been well-maintained and tires have just a few hundred miles on them. Seals checked and refreshed a couple of months ago. No leaks, no known issues. Porcelain toilet and swaybars added.
