This has been a great family RV but it is time for a new home. 1 Owner previous to me.

This is a 32' long Fleetwood Tioga with no pullouts. Which means the pullouts won't break. Sleeps up to 8 people. Queen bed in master bedroom in the back. Bathroom and shower. Fridge and freezer, AC, Heater. 60 gallon freshwater tank. Hot water heater. New battery. Runs great. 

Onboard Onan generator not currently starting up but could be repaired.

*** The roof had a seal leak that caused some damage to the bathroom and kitchen area. The damage is pictured. The roof seals have been repaired.

Flat screen TVs have been mounted on swivel mounts in the living area and the master bedroom for entertainment.

The flooring has been ungraded.
