With the Battle Born upgrades, the entire house is powered all the time. You can even run the AC off battery power (within limits). Starlink gives you full communication capabilities from anywhere. Make a Zoom call, watch football on the TV, Netflix, kids iPads etc. The 12v fridge does not burn propane, so the only thing running off gas are the home furnace, water heater (has an electric heater too), fire pit and grill. The gas fire pit allows you to still have a camp fire even when burn restrictions are in place. Two giant bunk beds the kids love, one folds up to fit bikes, kayaks, etc in the trailer. King size bed has a memory foam topper. Outside wet bar has a fridge, sink, water, ice maker. Absolutely massive pantry behind the entertainment center. All LED lighting every where. Bathroom is huge, tons of cabinet storage, glass door shower. Everything on the house can be controlled via your phone. Lower the stabilizer jacks, run out the awning, adjust the lights, etc all from your phone. There are over $10K in upgrades on this trailer, mainly in home electrical work and upgrades. All kit listed is included and is another several thousand dollars.

Trailer is available for show with appointment. It is currently stored at Admiral Toy Storage in Reno NV. Its always been stored in doors, climate controlled (not currently winterized). Just need 24 hours notice so they can pull the trailer out for show. The storage space/lease can be transferred to the new owner if desired.
