Good condition, clean, gently used, separate bedroom, stove never used, optional theatre seating area, table/booth, bunk beds, outside kitchen with stove top and refrigerator. Was taken to a river lot and left for the summer. Never traveled with it. Used only a few times each summer since purchase.
